Addresses review feedback: the linktree has no CFP mechanism yet and the registration link looped back to the welcome page.

Kick off DevOpsDays Brasília 2026 (fifth edition), happening November 14, 2026 at Fenix Eventos, the same venue as 2025.
Organizing team is the same as the 2025 edition (no organizers added or removed).
