Check if all integrations respect `trace_propagation_targets`

We'll remove propagate_traces in 3.0. Check if all integrations support its replacement, trace_propagation_targets, fully.

Ok so the status is as follows:

• http integrations all fully support trace_propagation_targets ✅
• queueing integrations don't, but that's likely by design (they might not work with real URLs, etc.). celery has its own option to stop trace propagation -- we could look into adding that option to other integrations if there's demand for it later.

Closing as not planned for now.
